Monthly Stitch + Bitch Craft Club

3rd Monday - Drop in anytime 6-9p - Ages 14+ Welcome
Led by volunteers Sue + Jay - FREE

Come hang with some of our very first customers who have become friends and supporters of Glitter Factory DSM!  Sue is an accomplished crocheter and is amazing at teaching and loves to chat about all things crafty! Jay is SO good with most stitchcraft and does SERIOUSLY cool things with cross stitch and embroidery! They’re so good at teaching patterns and techniques and we’re so excited to have the third Monday of every month with them leading the group! Come hang for inclusive, accessibility friendly craft hang time in crochet and hand stitch techniques! Feel free to bring your own projects or start a new beginner one here as well! Projects and supply availability will rotate and be limited so if there’s something you’re hoping to have on hand bring it with! :)

All Monday clubs are 14+ to keep the energy focused on learning and meeting new humans with the same interests!  If there’s anything in particular you’d like to see more of, let us know! We’ll be taking more polls and adding more going into summer!

WHAT TO BRING: 
No supplies required - we'll have everything you need! You're welcome to bring food + bev but don't worry about anything else unless you have something specific you'd like to use in your project. 
 
We will begin promptly at 6:00p but if you have to come in later we can get you caught up! No worries!

501 SW 7th Suite M, Des Moines, IA 50309
3 blocks south of the Science Center on SW 7th 

Our building is ADA accessible and we're able to accomodate most needs - please let us know in advance if there's anything you may need assistance with or an accommodation for! We design our workshops with accessibility down to about a 3rd grade level but absolutely happy to help adjust to meet any need!
