Slow down every Sunday with Stretch + Stab!
$20 per person 9a-11a

Come hang with Coach Amanda and join in with our beginner stretch class to get a little movement in your body before tackling the week ahead. When you’re all relaxed and zen, then spend an hour staying unplugged and grounded while you make some cute stuff in the open studio!

Best vibes in town and an incredible way to launch yourself into a chill week ahead.

Our building is ADA accessible and we're able to accomodate most needs - please let us know in advance if there's anything you may need assistance with or an accommodation for! We design our workshops with accessibility down to about a 3rd grade level but absolutely happy to help adjust to meet any need!
